The Brockway Travel and Recipe Club meets the fourth Thursday of every month at 6:00 PM at the library. The members enjoy reading about far away places and delicious dishes. They get together monthly to go on a literary journey as they read about travel and share recipes from around the world. Moderator, Teresita Harrington.
Meets on the second Saturday of the month September through May at 10 AM at the library - unless a field trip is scheduled off-site! The meetings generally consist of a presentation based upon the monthly topic(s), a plant exchange, which will enable us to learn about different plants and what's growing in each member's garden, information on the "plant of the month", and sharing of gardening tips and inspiration. Registration required. An annual club membership fee of $35.00 is required at registration to support guest speakers and materials. Please call the library for more information on how you can join! A club open to all library members interested in the needle arts. The club welcomes all forms, including knitting, crochet, embroidery, quilting, beading, sewing. Meets every Tuesday from 1:30 to 2:30 PM. Come join us! Bring your own project and enjoy each other's expertise and companionship.
