Contractor's Registration

For your convenience, the Building Department can maintain contractors license and insurance information on an annual basis for a fee.

The initial fee is $50, with an annual update fee of $30.

1. Create a Citizen Self-Service (CSS) Account HERE using an email address. This account will give you access to the online permitting system and register your contractor with the Miami Shores Village permitting system.
2. Fill out the web form below.
3. An invoice will be emailed to you.  

Important!! Please have the following on the Certificate of Insurance:

1. In the Description of Operation field add contractor license number or type of contractor before sending certificate to us.
2. Certificate Holder: make sure it's made out to: Miami Shores Village, 10050 NE 2 AVE, Miami Shores, FL 33138
